Another inspiration for my Alice in Wonderland piece is Tim Walker. A Fashion photographer.

Tim Walker doesn't seem to belong in the world that we live in. 

He is a bit of a daydreamer, a fantasist.

His pictures tell stories and fantasies from the imagination of a child.

My love for Alice

Hello world ...today I present you with my AS art idea for my second assignment.
The theme is Mystery and Imagination and Alice in Wonderland popped into my head straight away!
Whats more mysterious and imaginative than the Lewis Carrol story of a young girl getting lost in a world where  Caterpillars smoke sheesha's and cats can disappear...?

I thought i would share some of the findings of my research...
as my main discipline is going to be photography...

The wild, the tame

This is so beautiful...

What should I do about the wild and the tame?
The wild heart that wants to be free, and the tame heart that wants to come home.
I want to be held.
I don't want you to come too close.
I want you to scoop me up and bring me home on nights.
I don't want you to know where I am.
I want to keep a place among the rocks where no one can find me.

Beep beep!

Yay! I passed my driving test so I will be driving to ballet class tonight then to rehearsal after by myself for the first time ever! :D it's just a massive big ball of confidence and independence. I dont think I've had a better day than this for a while, I've had a massive smile on my face all day! and fingers crossed I might be getting a car of my own rather than sharing mums! That would be good, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Can't wait till my pink licence comes in the post!
